Apart from the upcoming return of the Legendary Moltres, Pokemon GO has also been preparing for the ultra reward that has been mentioned before if trainers managed to complete all the global challenges. As of now, there are still no exact details about the ultra reward but there are rumors that Niantic is planning to initially release some Generation 4 Pokemon.
The theory about the release of the Generation 4 Pokemon as the ultra reward could be real. Just a month ago, Pokemon GO has shared a photo of on their social media account showing some of the Generation 4 Pokemon mingling with the three Pokemon GO avatars, Professor Willow, and some Pokemon that were already out. There’s also a recent data mine that was discovered where the Generation 4 Pokemon has been added to the data file.
